  • Does BFS Use Day Laborers?

    All BFS cleaners are on-staff professionals. They receive the best possible training, are supported by state-of-the-art equipment, and are treated with dignity and respect because they are our front line. We never use day laborers, and if we contract out any work, it’s because it’s beyond our capacity to fulfill it exactly as you need it.

  • DOES BFS CARRY PROPER INSURANCE?

    Because we work in commercial buildings and around hazardous areas, we carry following insurance policies to protect our customers and employees:

    Commercial General Liability – $2M
    Auto – $1M
    Umbrella – $2M
    Workers Comp – $1M

    While many commercial cleaners are franchises, Brenner Facility Services is a family-owned and operated business that serves a large area through a single location. This cuts down on the overhead and allows the highest levels of our management team to be available for each and every one of our partners.
