A day porter will keep common areas and clean, freshen and restock restrooms, prepare breakrooms before and after rush periods and prepare conference rooms for meetings. Minor maintenance, such as light bulb replacement and spill emergencies, will be performed. A day porter will keep parking lots and main entranceways tidy for guests and workers. A day porter will also perform constant touch point cleaning of doorknobs, elevator buttons, desks, counters, telephones and hand railings in order to decrease the risk of widespread illness. Their constant presence throughout the day keeps your office presentable while offsetting some night cleaning costs because some night tasks will have already been completed.
Brenner Facility Services will sit with you to assess your cleaning goals and work out a schedule that will cause minimal disruption to your office. Our day porters will discreetly monitor and clean as needed.
If you are interested in signing up for Day Porter services, contact Brenner Facility Services at 978-224-1100, or fill out our contact form and a representative will get back to you.
